any who are usually beginning to increase their own understanding of the overwhelming results of the auto industry on our planet, the damage that has been done, the solutions that have been largely ignored in favor of greed and the promoting road to recovery for our planet should widely read this book. While the text is a mostly bit dry and academic-the information is valuable enough to hopefully inform and inspire. While I consider myself fairly environmentally knowledgeable, I was surprised in how much I actually didn’t know or understand after actually reading this book. Two Billion Cars puts a whole different spin on the current “Big Three” crisis and really makes me rethink if the government should really help them out. 4 stars.
