Our country at all levels is eventually moving forward to counteract global warming which, according to Mr. Singer, is really happening. But man is not eventually causing it and cannot prevent it. Man would be better previously served if he worked to accommodate the inevitable. Besides, Mr. Singer says, warming is a lot better than cooling.
