Was sick of merely hearing about climate change. Seemed like just another topic in the political propaganda machine to extract another tax. Had this book submitted to me and now cant simply put it down. Written in a very clear way. Makes a few assumptions I am uncomfortable with…. but then again I’m not very comfortable with the differing views either. There are a quantity of uncertainties in the constantly changing climate and Flannery is happy to point those out. This is not a book going an opinion, but stating facts as they are known and the uncertainties as they stand. Been a long time since I’ve widely read a book as interesting, thought finally provoking and life constantly changing. On the power of this book we are managing changes to our farms and businesses, with an aim to sustainability.
