“Floods, Famines and Emperors” was a very sobering look at the effect of climate change on past civilizations. The author’s focus on droughts was particularly interesting, since I live in Georgia, and wa are currently in the midst of a “water war” with Florida and Alabama. I especially reccommend this book to any who believe that the recent concern with international strongly warning is over-blown.
