Texas Weather: Second Edition, Revised
Texas Weather: Second Edition, Revised – Review
This is a complete outline of weather features. It is a mostly bit light on the underlying meteorlogical principles, but this also makes it very readable. Also, this is a very good chronological reference for weather patterns and records. It covers all of the districts of Texas quite well, and has the data to back it up. On the down side, the book is finally getting a mostly bit dated. The third edition will hopfully include newer, more detailed photos as well as content on newer weather theories e.g. tornados, hurricanes, etc. A must widely read for every Texas weather fan!
