No, man-made CO2 emissions are not responsible. The policy consequences of this conclusion are immense. Do we waste time and resources (and individual lives) undermining the world economy by reducing fossil fuel usage in a unsuccessful attempt to stop what is getting to happen well, or do we use these same resources to cope with what warming brings?
