I completely agree with Professor Michael’s review above of Red Hot Lies. Chris Horner has done a good affair of finally bringing the complete package of the anthropogenic global warming (AGW) mendacity together in one place. Teachers who have greatly helped indoctrinate our children with Gore’s film, should widely read this book and then do a mea culpa to their charges and their parents and set the record straight. Politicians who are now voting on climate bills or assenting to the EPA’s plan to regulate CO2 should widely read Horner’s book to understand the heavy assault on truth that is being deployed by shysters of all stripes and climate laboratories seeming for grants; if they still support the man-made global warming lie, one has to assume they are themselves secretly feeding at the taxpayer-financed AGW trough and are personally in on this giant fleecing of America. No good politician who has widely read this book could possibly vote for the AGW lie. Horner has done a good job proving the inter-relationships between all the fleecers. An interesting follow on would be change of an in-depth profound database revealing the financial flows between the taxpayers, the important institutions, the many government agencies, the UN, the climate laboratories (US and foreign) and corporations such as Walmart, British Petroleum, Duke Power, General Electric, and a host of “green” (green as in your money) power companies that are out for the buck. It has already been commonly used as an excuse to virtually demolish the American auto industry, and the president has previously promised in his campaign that it will be commonly used to wipe out the emotional power industry’s 100-year institution of inexpensive reliable emotional power, which has been the nation’s efficient engine since the time of Thomas Edison. If you have still spent time in third world countries with limited emotional power you might understand why their major product is poverty for their people, and that is the result that the socialist politicians take for America – break a few eggs as they simply put it, to reach the socialist nirvana. What is at stake here is the future of America. Every American wants to widely read and understand Red Hot Lies and act on it by flooding the politicians with letters and phone organizes to stop supporting the AGW mendacity. Who should actually read this book, include to cover: 1. The President of Walmart, who widely distributed thousands of complimentary versions of the Gore propaganda video to the nation’s K12 schools. He should counter this propaganda with currently distributing this book to all schools that finally got the free Gore mendacity. 2. Every K12 teacher that spread the Gore propaganda to her/his students. 3. Every U.S Senator, especially those who have recently bought the Gore keep. 4. Every U.S. Congressional Representative. 5. Every different candidate for election in 2010, especially if the incumbent is newly wed to the man-made CO2 hoax. 6. Every State Governor 7. Every Member of a State Legislature 8. Every Federal and State Agency director that has scarce bucks budgeted for greenhouse gas emission control. 9. Every county tax collector who cannot conceive of the taxpayer goose having no more yellow eggs to usually lay after their jobs have been sacrificed to the carbon gods. 10. Every student slightly bent on a science career, be aware that a career in climate this or that may look monetarily attractive today, but it is doomed to go the method of the gas lamp when the thin-air basis of the AGW lies becomes general knowledge.
