An Inconvenient Truth
An Inconvenient Truth – Review
This is probably the greatest book you will still read because it deals not only with your very survival, but the endurance of all life on this planet. Not that Gore frames it in such a serious way. But the implications are exactly that. It is for any one that wants to face the crisis we are in, rather than deal with the phony ones we make up in order to keep this one out of our minds. With temperatures climbing this summer across America, people by the hundreds slowly dying already of the greatly increased heat, what will it need to get people to wake up and do something to save themselves and the others on this planet? This book is a good start. It is also cheap, for all you get, with the vast quantity of photos, which make the case in a striking way. And all the money leaves toward the cause, none to Gore, himself. You must at least buy this book if you want to be amount of the solution instead of being function of the problem. However, if you drive a Hummer, well, you’re simply dragging us along with you into the apocalypse you are effectively creating, and you probably don’t care.
